[Resolved]  D2H — D2h balance transfer - recharge issue

Recently I changed my set of box and got new customer id, Unfortunately i recharged fir 3 months to the old ID.
Here my concern is why they are not keeping any interlock to block the recharge o[censored]navailable customer ID.

My request is to transfer the recharged amount to my new ID.

New ID :[protected]
