Worst dth provider. They are directly telling you have to go ahead with the service and have to watch the channels which they are only providing.
They are removing the good channels from their list and adding all the advertising channel which is useless to us. When we are telling them to remove the channel from the list they are telling they can't do it as they don't have the option to do that...
Also when asked to activate any channels.. they are telling that backend team knows the status... Then I think they should make backend team to answer all the query of the customer rather than making this useless people who don't have any answers for any of the query...
After following them for multiple times they have the same answers to every question we ask... Feels like the answer are written somewhere and kept in front of them. Was this information helpful? |
