I have a d2h connection with customer id[protected]. Now i have been shifted to sirsa. I contacted d2h team a lot of times via call and email for reinstallation my connection but they are not doing the same. As per company promise, they do reinstallation on same day. But today is 3rd day and they have not done the reinstallation. They are just sending the email that we have forwarded your request to concerned department.
