[Resolved]  D2H — D2h recharge amount deducted twice.

Hi,

I am having a d2h dish connection for which I have done the recharge of Rs 250/- from d2h website using "Quick Recharge" web page on 01/08/2022 11:30 AM. I made the payment using my credit card, but the recharge amount is deducted twice from my credit card. That means two times Rs. 250/- (Total of Rs. 500/-) got deducted from my card.

I have checked my d2h account, but it is showing only Rs. 250/- recharged amount. the other Rs. 250/- not reflected in d2h account.

I have contacted my credit card customer care on the same day about the transactions, they said both the transactions are successful and the marchant has received the amount successfully from bank side.

Marchant Name: Dish Infra Services Pv (As per on the Transaction).

After that I have contacted d2h customer care, they said to wait 24 hours to get my extra deducted amount Rs. 250/.

I have waited 48 hours. Neither it is reflecting on my credit card account Nor on my d2h account.

Again Today(03/08/2022) I have conacted my credit card customer care to know If the Rs. 250/- is deducted twice by the marchant.
They said the marchant has received the Rs. 250/-. twice (Total of Rs. 500/-) Successfully. The credit card customer care shared the below Transaction ID's.
Transaction ID: T80746 (First Rs. 250/-)
Transaction ID: T81002 (Second Rs. 250/-)

After that I have contacted d2h customer care and tried to explain the situation. In between the discussion they disconnected my call 4 times.

I have registered a complaint from d2h website using DIY(Write to us/Do It Yourself). They have registred it and shared Service Request No[protected] at (03/08/2022 11:00 AM).

When I checked the complaint details in d2h website, it is showing no complaints for my account.

Please help me to get back my hard earned Rs. 250/-
