It relates to Customer ID 24794870 of D2H.
I am more than 12 years old customer of D2H and facing this problem since last 6-8 months.
Whenever an electrical switch anywhere in the house is operated/ used the screen of my TV goes blank for a moment. Very often the screen shows a message "Unsupported signal please adjust your device output".
The matter was raised to [protected]@H customer care representative two times. Every time he run a command and say the problem is resolved. But, unfortunately no improvement is seen rather the frequency of the problem is increasing day by day.
