D2H — Fake offers

I am a customer of videocon d2h since 2015 and because of lack o[censored]sage and busy schedules i decided not to recharge the d2h for next three months till i got this message from d2h. " Dear Customer, recharge ur d2h now & enjoy SS1 HD, SS2 HD, SS Select HD 1 & 2, Sony Ten 1, 2 & 3 HD, SONY SIX HD Channels @ NO EXTRA COST till 31/12/22 " then i was happy that i got a decent offer from you guys which made me recharge for the month even if that was a loss because of lack of watching periods and all. But today when i switched to one of the channels described earlier which was to be free until December 31st of 2022 qfter 5 mins it showed channel preview has expired. This is a kind of really poor approach from your side. Even if you are not able to provide offers thats ok why fishing customers money by giving out these fake offers like those free hd channels till the year end. We have many other options like ott to view such channels but we thought of continuing your services and look at what we the customers got in back. You should look into it and give me a detailed reply regarding the same.

This is the copy of mail i sent them. No response. Contacted customer service 5 or 6 times, no resolution of the problem and they disconnected multiple times.
