Request for you last month I put some balance for d2h account but that recharge is not successful I don't know what to do fault but 370 rupees is not refund for my account and also D2H account not refund almost one month is complete so I have request for you please refund my amount my bank account ya D2H account

As per discussion over the call the transaction failed from Phonepe end for the same you need to contact with third party vendor or respective bank.
