[Resolved]  D2H — I'm complaining about wrong recharge

Dear videocon d2h

I p s srinivasulu having videocon d2h customer id number[protected] wrongly recharged the a/c of customer id no. 20491936 of rs. 1000/-. Following is the bill no.
01/07/2020
So, kindly rectify this mistake by either reversing rs. 1000/- to my account or by crediting it to my bank a/c.
