D2H — irresponsible behaviour from customer care and engineers | |
I have raised a relocation request with d2h and the customer care and engineer are not responding. Everytime i follow up, the timeline is revised to next day and they disconnect the calls abruptly. There is no service and the recharged amount goes waste. Very limited access customer care with absolutely no control on anything. I am being charged for everything but absolutely zero service is being provided.
