D2H — New set top box order online

I ordered a new set top box online and paid for it through the videocon d2h website on 7th October. It promised to deliver the box within 48 hours, but I havn't received the box yet on 10th October. I tried calling customer care and they provided no help. They said they have no way of tracking online orders. I have mailed to [protected]@d2h.com and no reply from that too. This is very bad service.
I was provided with a token number which is # 1192 and nothing else, the phone number I registered with is showing as not a RTN.

I registered with the mobile number [protected]. But as I wrote in the above post, its still not showing as RTN.

It's a fault in your system that the number is not registered. The customer care people said that there's no way to track online orders. Please refund the transaction amount. I am attaching the screenshot of the payment receipt I got. Please help.

Should have gone for Airtel. They have much better quality of the product and service as well. Money gone down the drain. At least, return the money that you've stolen.
