I am a consumer of Videocon d2h. My Customer ID is[protected] and I have raised a complain on 18.05.2022 for error (E18) with the customer care department multiple times. Every time they said we have raise the comand wait for 15 minutes but nothing happend and after that they told me to visit engineer will resolve this but no visit or no call till time.
