[Resolved]  D2H — No refund or cancellation of d2h connection

D2h team,

We have been using the D2h connection (2 connections) since 2013 Customer ID : 91092115. Now we want to submit the connection but we were out rightly rejected by the customer support team. They mentioned they did not take a security deposit and so they will neither collect the setup boxes or antennae for it. Returning the money is out of question as they said they did not take a security deposit in the first place. They refused to share any invoice of our d2h connection purchase as well.

This is simple looting as we did pay security deposit.

Attached is the screenshot from the d2h site mentioning that they take security deposit for a new connection.

Please collect your set up boxes, antennae and refund the security deposit. Security deposit is refundable and that is why it is called SECURITY DEPOSIT and not one time payment.

Stop fooling customers. You can't cover your losses with customer's money. Its hard earned and I want refund ASAP.

As per my service team confirmation, all the information regarding the refund policy has been shared. Kindly provide a Security Deposit Refund Receipt so that needful can be done.
