I am quite disappointed from Videocon d2h services.

I am writing this with high disappointment from your customer service and disappointment for connection not working from last 4 days.
Service request number 53603876
Signal not available from last 4 days. Problem is not permanently resolved from your team last time too.
Your engineer from last 2 days is calling and promising false commitment to resolve this issue.
He has yet not turned up. Very disappointing!!
Customer care mentioned that they won't be able to help if engineer is not able to come. Engineer called up and told that he can't come. You can see the responses I'm getting. I called back again Customer care to that they again said they can't help in this matter.
Nodal officer email and phone number both are not reachable.
Also, this is 4th or 5th time in a year I am facing issues with videocon d2h connection. Every time I have to pay 200 Rs service charge and problem is not resolved permanently.
I hope company will help us on this. Thanks and look forward.
