[Resolved] D2H — Not all FTA channels coming

Not all FTA channels are coming. The customer support telling that this is due to weather condition even when we had clear sky. How come some channels are coming if this is truly due to weather condition. Also many devotional channels are also not coming. We are not getting the service what we are paying for.
