D2H — Offer not given for 1 year recharge

Last year I have recharged my D2H for one year, they told 1month extra subscription at the end of subscription. But that was not given. This year i contacted customer care and asked how much i need to pay to get 1 month offer, they told Rs 3492. I have done the recharge for the same. After recharging 1 month offer was not reflected. i called to customer care now they are telling different amount to get the offer. Before recharge Monthly recharge amount 290.41 after recharge they changed Monthly recharge amount to 304.00
