[Resolved] D2H — Pathetic service and mental harassment | |
I had lodged online complaint on 12 Oct 2021 regarding regular signal issues with my videocon d2h connection. My customer ID is 94487918. Today even after eight days issue could not be resolves. Two Technician visited site and could Detect problem with set top box and suggested replacement. But thereafter they could not replace the set top box despite repeated requests. They are always making false promises making me to travel from here and their to Ensure my availability at home. I have gone through mental agony and they harrassed the family by making false promises to visit shortly. Now I have decided to avail services of any other service provider. However I need compensation and my existing recharged amount back immediately so as to switch myself to any other good option. Was this information helpful? | |
