D2H — refund of money recharged with rs 10000-/- mistakenly instead of rs 1000/- | |||
Reference : customer id :[protected] Complaint nos :[protected],[protected],[protected], With reference to above subject matter, i would like to bring your kind notice that, i have recharged my d2h mistakenly for rs 10000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) instead of rs 1000/- (Rupees one thousand) on 2 nd november 2019. I have called customer care many times, almost every day, used to get different person and different answer, the complete in details in sequence are as below. Sl no date descriptions 1 2.11.2019 recharged for rs 10000/- (Rupees ten thousand only), wanted to recharge for rs 1000/- mistakenly Recharge for rs 10000/- 2 3.11.2019 after i noticed, called customer care, they told that, i have to recharge again with min of rs 100/- 3 4.11.2019 as per customer care advice, i recharge for rs 111/- 4.20.11.2019 customer care executive confirmed that, amount will be refunded within two days 5.22.11.2019 customer care executive confirmed that, amount will be refunded within two days. Ie on 24th nov 2019 6.27.11.2019 called customer care, told that, cannot be refunded. 7.30.11.2019 received customer care executive call and again asking for top up of rs 200/- to enable refund of 10000/- After repetitive calls, we used to get different complaint no and closure dates, however neighter received refund nor any feed back, always used to get false feedback as, will be solved in 2 days etc... Indeed its horrible experience to talk customer care executive for issues. Infact i am thinking to cancel the connection and get refund money, if did not get resolved. Still i hope, will be happy to be d2h customer for longer period. Hence humble request you please refund the rs 9000/- at the earliest. Mene ajent ke against complain Kari thi uska koi reply nahi aaya hai 5 days ho Gaya hai. New recharge par balance cut Kari diya my customer ID[protected]
