[Resolved] D2H — Repeated offence of signal lost | |
Last year same issue had been encountered and after raising complaint, service person came and did nothing except calling customer care from our home, and signal was available. same thing has been encountered since yesterday, and they are insisting on sending service technician to extort money in the name of service whereas they are doing nothing, just will come home check the connection, call customer care and restarts the TV.
