Sir,
I complained more than 30+call continue from 19 September to 3 October but my problem not resolve by any customer care executive & no take any complaint registered by any executive & send mail also but no visit any engineer No value for customer problems so please help & take action against d2h.

Sir The company did not solve any problems, just postponing me for 24 hours and 24 hours, but I did not solve my problem. Even after my so many emails and calls, there was no solution, these people just used to call me, those people will be resolved, then when these people did not do any solution, then I got upset and took a new connection. I request you to take action against this company. And recharge me as much as my loss and as much as these people bother me, even give me compensation for a new connection.Please help me get my compensation now.

Yesterday I called Customer Care again many times, then yesterday I got a Complaint Register.Today, I see whether the engineer comes or not, Whether my problem is solved or not.

ाToday it has been 20 days, yet the problem has not been solved, just the call comes that your Every time they say that a complaint has been made, your problem will be resolved soon. Doing so has passed so many days, it is a very poor service If you cannot solve a problem with these people, then you should stop and the company should compensate for all the money that has been lost.

I don't understand one thing when you can't solve a customer problem, why are you sitting there, you should clearly reveal to people that you won't be able to solve the problem. Just you guys can do one thing call and nothing else. Now you take this whole box set, take me back the money of connection and recharge when you can be with people, then you have helped a lot.

I have been complaining on complaint for many days but till today my problem has not been resolved, today it has been over 22 days but till today nothing happened only call comes and says that soon resolve the problem But when time does not tell, I will be very upset, please help me to solve my problem, if it does not, then I should say it clearly but I do not tell anything.

Let me tell you clearly that till date d2h company has not solved my problem till date and you have not solved my problem. I have taken a new connection and you guys have not returned my money.
