I am using the Videocon d2h services from10years and I have logged in complaint for set up box replacement and none of the service executive has contacted for addressing the issue Customer I’d 83721489 Name Anjaiah I have called the customer care several times and every time they promise that executive will come in24hrs but none of them turned up Was this information helpful? Hope you understand the resolution was done post many escalation from my end.

I have personally spoke to the area head for replacement

Nothing happened from your customer care/email support team

Very pathetic service to customers
