I am using the Videocon d2h services from10years and I have logged in complaint for set up box replacement and none of the service executive has contacted for addressing the issue Customer I’d 83721489 Name Anjaiah I have called the customer care several times and every time they promise that executive will come in24hrs but none of them turned up Was this information helpful? | |

I have called your customer care number they are saying same thing but nothing is happening. Need to have this resolved today otherwise I will close my connection
