[Resolved]  D2H — Service issue and complaint not addressed from 20days

I am using the Videocon d2h services from10years and I have logged in complaint for set up box replacement and none of the service executive has contacted for addressing the issue

I have called the customer care several times and every time they promise that executive will come in24hrs but none of them turned up

I have personally spoke to the area head for replacement

Nothing happened from your customer care/email support team

Very pathetic service to customers
