I was recharged with 900 rs, as of now when i was checked my amount is showing 600 rs why?
i was registered a complaint for service issue and i paid cash of Rs.200 to service technician at the time of visited . now why my bal is cut for service again ?
i was given compliant for service issue, remote replacement, now i am not able to get signal again and no technician visited yet from last 3 days i did not get any call from any technician i was called more than 50 times for customer care but most of them are holding my call for hrs pls find the attachment i.t was a very bad experience with videocon d2h service .
see how may complaint was reg for one compliant . this is worst service, even after i registered multiple compliant i did not get a single solution for d2h .
pls show who had called me for remote request for your end and service issue ? i did not get a single call from any technician ? pls show me the call history of your technician if he call me really are else you ppl are lie and fraud service
