I complained about the fault in stb in oct 19. Was replaced the very next day. Again the newly replaced stb was faulty. 2nd time complaint raised. Replaced for the 2nd time. Now the currently installed stb is having some troubles.
When called to customer care [protected] today, i was informed that new stb will only be provided in case of a new connection!! In my case someone else's stb will be installed at my place with rs. 450 charges!! It will not be a new stb. What can be expected from a company that had 'con' in their name!!
