[Resolved]  D2H — Switching off earlier than scheduled date

Respected Sir,
I had recharged on 06/08/2020 and my switching off date was 05/09/2020. That was being shown on the T.V. screen but it was switched off on 03/09/2020
Why 2 days earlier it was switched off. How many days do you provide service for one month recharge?
Kindly provide me 2 days of services of my recharge.
