D2H — tv channels are not available

After paying sum of their amount we are not able to watch many of the desired channels. Their customer care number is very very difficult to access. We tried very hard but their visto mee care number couple not be accessed . Once in last 2 months we hot it but complaint couple be resolved. Even after paying 562/- subscrption fee we have list many of our regular channels.
