I recharged my D2H account today twice with Rs 100 each. Both the time Rs 18 each has been deducted without any intimation. I just got the message - Recharged with 100 and available balance is 82. Futher, after another recharge of 100, available balance remained Rs 162 instead of 200.
Customer must be informed on what account money has been deducted.
Contacted Customer care 4 times. They are unable to justify deductions. They just say- company has deducted.
