I have been user of your broadcasting services under d2h, ci no - customer id 97048755, i would like to submit that this is the fourth complaint being raised by me for not correcting your portal to comply with the govt regulations. I had selected channels from my pack feature. Where i had
Revised pack value of rs 348.16 and annual subscription at rs 4118 which as per scheme should be for 13 months.
But in the recharge page of the portal is showing the previous value only of rs 372.
The complaints has been raised on 3rd nov, 6th nov, 17th nov, but but these complaints were closed without redressal,. I received a call on 18th nov stating that the issue will be resolved once i recharge the account with minimum charge of rs 100 and after refreshing, it will get updated, but now after a week i found that after recharge and using the services it has not been corrected & anomaly in your portal still exists.
Still the selected channel tariff are not getting updated in the recharge page, the page details have been attached as evidence of how the portal is behaving.
Today again i have raised the complaint the complaint no - [protected], as communicated by the call center attendant.
Look forward to your redressal of the complaint or i would be forced to escalate the issue to competent redressal forum.
