Very very very bad service after sales to the loyal customers from years to me.
Log complain on 14th July 2022. Countless follow-ups countless customer care talks and countless frustration. I felt helpless.
Kindly have some respect for the Videocon brand and resolve my issue.
The senior manager had given confirmation for yesterday to be resolved but as the usual very very very bad experience of engineer no visit.
Please refund my 1000 rs + amount to my bank which is in my Videocon account and take away all ur garbage from my home.
I want to switch to Airtel at only 1000 rs installation.

I received call from engineer and Videocon both today but as expected there was no visit. Issue not resolved from past 15+ days.
Please don't waste my and yours time as clearly Videocon d2h can't able to resolve my issue from past more tham 15 days. It's good if you can refund my money which is in my d2h account which is the reason I am stuck. I want to go with better company which deals it's customers wisely like Airtel.
