[Resolved] D2H — videocon d2h service | |||
We are using videocon d2h from more than a year, recently we requested for activation of secondary connection. After many attempts from customer care to identify the exact issue, a service engineer visits the place on 08-may-2019 and we are told that there is issue in port. Service engineer replaces the fault items and we paid rs.475 for the new part and rs.200 as service charge. Service engineer said it will take 5 hrs to activate the connection. On 09-may-2019 i had called customer service multiple times and none of the executive was able to understand/resolve the issue. Customer service is very bad, executives are rude to customers. After multiple attempts executive says we can't resolve the issue we have to send service engineer to the place which will again take 1 day time. From 2 days i am paying for the channels which i am not able to watch and videocon d2h say they can't do anything. I request the concerned officer to take some strict action against these providers.
