My cust id[protected], d2h register complaint no.[protected],[protected],[protected].
From my account forcefully deducted rs.200/-.
When last i raise request for error "e04-4 smart card not inserted properly" in my d2h, unfortunately none of service executive visited my home, but i can see without visiting executive my home and none of resolution provided by service engineer still my d2h account deducted rs.200 and now d2h stopped due to low balance.
This is cheating, without visiting my home and without resolving complaint by service engineer, videocon have deducted rs.200 from my account.
I am requesting you please help to resolve videocon d2h cheating.
Now even after multiple complaint raised to d2h there is no resolution provided, even d2h is not refunding the amount as deducted. Was this information helpful? |
