Dear sir
From the last 25days i am trying to choose my tv channel pack on d2h.com website & it's mobile app. But after selection of chanel boukey when i am proceed to submit it says "your package is not migrated due to technical error."
For that i am contact to customer care executive 100 times but they are not solve my issue till date.
Even i sent complaint mail to customer care & nodal officer of maharashtra but still the problem remains same.
So request you to please do the needful as early as possible. My customer id is[protected].
