[Resolved]  d2h Videocon — videocon d2h smart card not inserted properly e04 error

I have raised a complaint in d2h customer care regarding "smart card not inserted properly e04 error".

Their service engineer visited and remove smart card (Sim like mobile sim) from back of my smart led tv.

Then he rub that card from an ordinary rubber to clean it, and insert that card again in tv.

Now my smart tv works fine...

Hope this problem will not continue in future and i will not be charged rs 200 again.
