I accidentally recharged my old d2h account for Rs 700 and requested the customer care team to transfer the recharged amount. Firstly, they advised to send an email but for days I haven't heard back from them. Then, yesterday I tried to contact their customer service centre again and the person said that the transfer would be complete in 1-2 hours (no update)
Today, I called the call centre again and they said it is not possible to transfer the funds and I have to go online and submit DIY request.
The problem is that the phone number linked to my current account is no longer active and as a result I am unable to login. I have explained this situation many times to the customer service but they advised it is not possible to transfer. Was this information helpful? |
