I mistakenly purchased the wrong package, and because that package doesn't offer the channels I'm looking for, I immediately called customer service and asked them to alter the plan. However, the executive turned down my request and told me to get a bigger recharge. Why should I try it? I kindly asked them to alter my package or refund my money. But they haven't agreed to it. Should survive with it for next 6 months.
