Da Milano — belt repair

I gave my belt which i bought 2 years backs for the repair at da milano store, pacific mall, tagore garden. The color of the belt has changed on both the sides. Both the times, they told me after 20-25 days that repair store returned it as it is. Last time, they told me that we will call you back in 2-3 days to resolve your problem but i received no calls. I am really disheartened by this kind of hospitality at da milano stores.
