I’m extremely disappointed to attach pictures that depict poor quality of leather computer bag that I have purchased from Da Milano (pic of original tag attached). The leather of this bag has not only got torn from the edges, the colour from front and back has also started differing hugely. Additionally, leather at top edge of the bag has also worn out even though this is such an area where no wear and tear should take place as there is...

Visited the store at sarath centre Hydrabd.They asked for the product from the store at GVK mall as they didn't have product. 20 mins of verbal spat between 2 stores. They have no cooperation amongst each other or sincerety towards Da milano. Product came after 3 hrs with .Spoke to their Delhi head on fone-[protected]. She clueless & non-interested.

The Delhi based head office leader possessing the mobile number [protected] also doesn't seem to be interested in improving cooperation between the different Da milano stores.. their aim doesn't seem to be customer satisfaction but quarelling amongst themselves... the customer keeps waiting for 3 hours for the product.. I have audio recording of my attempt to solve the problem and photographs of the damaged brief case which they don't seem to handle properly in their storage

    color fade of laptop bag within 2 months

    We bought laptop bag from delhi airport and kept the bag for 4 months as i was using another bag and it was kept in same packing as it came, after 4 months i started using and within one month color started fading. I went to ambience mall store and she suggested to use polish on bag and no resolution was provided, spending 10k on bag that cannot even run for 2 months is very bag. Shame on the quality not service being provided. Such a bad...

    I had return one wallet for warranty as they told it will be delivered to your address it's been more than one year i haven't received the product continuously i am trying to reach them recently e i had conversation about one of your store executive terminal 1 igi airport delhi and told him to drop the same at terminal 3 they told that they will drop the same there but they haven't send wallet before leaving from t3 e i call many times this did not responded and it is not being send to terminal 3 and as i told to courier the product but they are ignoring kindly deliver my product to the the given address

      belt repair

      I gave my belt which i bought 2 years backs for the repair at da milano store, pacific mall, tagore garden. The color of the belt has changed on both the sides. Both the times, they told me after 20-25 days that repair store returned it as it is. Last time, they told me that we will call you back in 2-3 days to resolve your problem but i received no calls. I am really disheartened by this kind of hospitality at da milano stores....

        life time service warranty : not provided and misbehave by sales girl

        I have purchased 2 belts from your outlet at raja bhoj airport, bhopal before 4-5 months. As it was purchased from airport so it was not possible to return and exchange that in routine days. Today again i have to fly from there, so i take that article to exchange it, as when i was tried that, it was fit at the shop but when i tried that at my home, i found that it is not fitted to me. But when i talk to your sales girl ms. Pragati at bhopal...

        I am a loyal customer to rosso brunello but the recent experience which i had is disheartening, i had purchased a pair of shoes in month of april, but soon within a month the sole came out, i gave the shoes back to store for replacement which they had promised to do so within 2-3days as they have to inform hq before replacing it, but after 3days when i visited the store the sales executives informed that they have sent a mail to hq and are waiting for confirmation and said not to come to them every day as it’s of no use and they will call if there’s any update, soon on realising that they were wasting my time energy i requested them to take me into email loop, but even that didn’t help the head of customer relations, refused to exchange it with a new pair and repeatedly asked me to take a repaired pair after it reaches the store even after i had refused to take a old one, as it was their store sales executive and staff who had claimed that the shoe will be replaced as it is within the 6month warranty, but the head of customer relations denied that that they don’t have such kind of policy and it might be a fault of mine in listening or the fault of store sales executive and they don’t hold themselves liable for whatever there sales executives says.
        The company thinks that they can fool around with customers.
        Request you to take strict actions against them as why should a customer suffer even after paying hefty price for pair of shoes. The store from where the purchase was made is in quest mall kolkata

          I did order on 14 feb 2018 order no. [protected] and on day first i mailed him to exchange my item by mistake i make order of different model no. I call they said please its not possible they told me send mail for cancel, so i requst him to cancel my order by mail. But there is no respose from da milano even i m calling him but they are not answering my call.

            I had ordered a da milan’s bag on 16 feb and on 24 feb i got message that customer cancelled the order but no executive came to my home to deliver the parcel. I am still waiting for my bag. Please deliver my bag as soon as possible as i have to gift it to someone. I am trying to call on the number they have given on site from morning but no response n also in delhivery customer care but no response cal was on waiting again n again... I want my bag as i want to urgently to gift someone on birthday.

              I recieved the wrong product on 13th Jan. I complained about the product on 14th Jan!The product was picked on 20th!
              I received the mail on 23rd regarding refund!
              Today is 29th and there is no refund yet, is this the way to harass your customer!
              You took back the product and my money too.Do you need a month to refund?
              The only mail I keep on receiving is will initiate your refund, better do it immediately else I will move to consumer courts.
              I will make sure I shall charge you for mental harassment as well!

              The complain has not been resolved and still we are waiting for refund from the company. Poor services and rude staff over the phone ... donot care about the customers . Disastrous brand ... will never buy da Milano and will spread this on social media sites. No resolution recieved aa yet ... waiting forever ... for the refund.

                आपके cp स्टोर e-१२, cannaught place new delhi से दिनांक २५.१२.१८ को बिल संख्या २२००-०००५०२१ को मेने एक जेंट्स पर्स एवम एक कार्ड केस ख़रीदा था l जो कि बाद में देखने में आया कि पर्स के inside cuts हैं, मैं दिनांक ३१.१२.१८ को आपके स्टोर पर गया, मेने उपस्थित स्टाफ को बताया l किन्तु स्टोर मैनेजर साहिब उपलब्ध नहीं थे l लगभग एक घंटे बाद (२.३० pm) मैनेजर साहिब पधारे, उन्होंने न ही पर्स देखा और न ही शिकायत सुनी l
                वास्तव में उनका यह बर्ताव मानवीय नहीं था l मैने उनसे ज्यादा बहस करना उचित नहीं समझा और आपको मेल भेजा पर लगभग १५ दिन बाद भी कोई उत्तर नहीं मिला l मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि इस तरह के व्यक्ति को स्टोर मैनेजर बनाये रखना कंपनी के हित में नहीं हैं अतः उन्हें तत्काल स्थानान्तर्ण किया जाये क्योकि cp स्टोर एक काफी पुराना स्टोर है मैं स्वयं पिछले १०-१२ वर्षो से यहाँ से नियमित खरीददारी कर रहा हूl

                  मैने दिनांक २५.१२.२०१८ को आपके cp स्टोर से एक पर्स एवम एक कार्ड केस खरीदा l उपरोक्त दोनों ही सामग्री सेल में उपलब्ध थी l मेने घर जाकर पाया कि पर्स में insidecuts हैl में दिनांक ३१.१२.२०१८ को लगभग २ बजे स्टोर गया l आपके स्टोर मेनेजर साहिब का ३० मिनिट इंतजार किया l उनके आगमन पर उनसे बात कीl उनका एक ही कहना कि अब इसका कोई उपाय नहीं हैl उनका व्यवहार भी एक अधिवक्ता कि तरह था l जो कि किसी भी तरह व्यावहारिक नहीं था और न ही व्यापारिक था l

                  आपसे अनुरोध है कि उक्त अधिवक्ता को तत्काल कही दूसरी जगह सिफ्ट किया जाये

                    Sorry to say but really disappointed n horrible customer service. Poor quality of product.

                    I purchased shoes on 2.09.2018, jus wore for 3-4 times. The colour got fade n also small patches appears even after proper maintainence n polish. Gave for repair to ur store n dey jus polish d shoes n returned back.
                    Sales person said bcoz of rain water it happens. I should keep my shoes in hand if i walk in water.

                    Rs 9000 is nt a small amount dat u r charging so try to provide quality n reputed service.

                    Luking for positive response else I wl nt consider ur brand again in future.

                      In reference to the subject, I have submitted the Computer bag which I have bought for Rs.18, 000 trusting the brand, quality and its customer service mechanism is not deeply saddened and disheartened because of the service received.
                      I have submitted my computer bag for over a month now but had no updates from the store for its delay.. the timelines are trailing everyday and there is absolutely no call backs from the company’s end.
                      The idea of buying a bag which is priced over 2X of any usual brands is because of some reason and seeing this kind of customer service has put everything in question.
                      Kindly see to the complaint and try to resolve the same at the earliest. I am attaching the picture of the memo being handed over to me at the time of submission of the bag.

                        We are the loyal customers of da milano in india and italy. While we have purchased 3 belts from inorbit maill, madhapur, we informed them that we will exchange if the person didn't like the belt whom we are giving to, we were told that exchange is possible within 7days if we didn't like the belts. When i came here to exchange the 3rd day from purchase, they claim that they never told that we would exchange with a rude language. Need your support if you care of your brand, if not it would be posted on facebook and media.

                          Gave the strap of my handbag for repair around 2 months ago. I've not received it yet. Visited the store multiple times. It's really frustrating. The lady at the store (Da milano, phoenix marketcity, chennai) seems to be the most clueless person i've ever met. Last time i went, she said it's lost! And, then she made a couple of calls and said it'll come next week. I'm not sure if they are even gonna give it back.

                            I had purchased a da Milano bag on 9 th of this month from da Milano showroom - ambience mall gurgaon India . When I opened the Same at home I realised that the metal, zips n the tag of da Milano is faded . It felt like a old bag . Today when I am back to the same showroom they are denying to change or return . Really disgusting n poor behaviour of the staff .

                            This is complaint against Jyoti Mehra- head customer care Damilano. Rather than providing a solution, they asked me to submit the bag and wait for 21 days . Disgusting behaviour of the customer care head "so called " who doesn't know how to talk even.

                              Belt buckle comes out the moment u wear it to the point ... got it repaired twice but same problem persists.. shoes buckle got broken in one month of purchase.. poor quality n worst staff. Belt is not repaired lying unused and shoes are replaced with the buckle which totally changed the design
