I am a loyal customer to rosso brunello but the recent experience which i had is disheartening, i had purchased a pair of shoes in month of april, but soon within a month the sole came out, i gave the shoes back to store for replacement which they had promised to do so within 2-3days as they have to inform hq before replacing it, but after 3days when i visited the store the sales executives informed that they have sent a mail to hq and are waiting for confirmation and said not to come to them every day as it’s of no use and they will call if there’s any update, soon on realising that they were wasting my time energy i requested them to take me into email loop, but even that didn’t help the head of customer relations, refused to exchange it with a new pair and repeatedly asked me to take a repaired pair after it reaches the store even after i had refused to take a old one, as it was their store sales executive and staff who had claimed that the shoe will be replaced as it is within the 6month warranty, but the head of customer relations denied that that they don’t have such kind of policy and it might be a fault of mine in listening or the fault of store sales executive and they don’t hold themselves liable for whatever there sales executives says.
The company thinks that they can fool around with customers.
Request you to take strict actions against them as why should a customer suffer even after paying hefty price for pair of shoes. The store from where the purchase was made is in quest mall kolkata
