color fade of laptop bag within 2 months

We bought laptop bag from delhi airport and kept the bag for 4 months as i was using another bag and it was kept in same packing as it came, after 4 months i started using and within one month color started fading. I went to ambience mall store and she suggested to use polish on bag and no resolution was provided, spending 10k on bag that cannot even run for 2 months is very bag. poor sales services - regarding my bag

belt repair

I gave my belt which i bought 2 years backs for the repair at da milano store, pacific mall, tagore garden. The color of the belt has changed on both the sides. Both the times, they told me after 20-25 days that repair store returned it as it is. Last time, they told me that we will call you back in 2-3 days to resolve your problem but i received no calls. I am really disheartened by this kind of hospitality at da milano stores....

leather bag not received after repairing (under warranty)

faded colors and patches on shoes

Sorry to say but really disappointed n horrible customer service. Poor quality of product.

I purchased shoes on 2.09.2018, jus wore for 3-4 times. The colour got fade n also small patches appears even after proper maintainence n polish. Gave for repair to ur store n dey jus polish d shoes n returned back.
Sales person said bcoz of rain water it happens. I should keep my shoes in hand if i walk in water.

didn't receive the handbag strap given for repair 2 months ago

Gave the strap of my handbag for repair around 2 months ago. I've not received it yet. Visited the store multiple times. It's really frustrating. The lady at the store (Da milano, phoenix marketcity, chennai) seems to be the most clueless person i've ever met. Last time i went, she said it's lost! And, then she made a couple of calls and said it'll come next week. I'm not sure if they are even gonna give it back.

horrendous service - 3o days delayed and order not received yet!!
