Hi.. I am a loyal and regular customer to da milano for bags, shoes and more.. I gave my handbag for cleaning as per lifetime warranty on bags. My bag was in good condition and with only dirt on it to be cleaned.. The bag was taken at the da milano cannought place, delhi counter and slip was given to me.. I received message after a month or so to pick it up and i went to pick it up, firstly they refused that they even had the handbag and then i showed them the message, after an hour they brought the bag with a huge through and through cut on the bag piercing it and claimed in return that it was there when i gave the bag.. If that was the case howcome that was not mentioned on the slip when i gave the bag. They have markings on their own copy with a speparate colour pen saying there is cut and there is no signature on the slip by the store manager. I refused to pick up the bag. I have given my bag in good faith to the da milano company and the store outlet cannought place, delhi and would love it i[censored] can look into the matter and do the needfull for my handbag.
