Poor Quality Footwear from Da Milano / Rosso Brunello

It’s been a horrifying experience dealing with Da Milano and its Staff .i.e. Elante Mall, Chandigarh. I had bought a Rosso Brunello Shoe / footwear worth Rs. 5700 in the month o fMarch'15 which after wearing twice or thrice got ripped from front. The beads came out.
