I had placed an order for a wallet from the website of "da milano" assuming i'll have more variety to see and quicker turn around time.

Unfortunately, it has turned out to be nothing but pain and mental harassment!!!

Order placed on - 1st aug
Source - da milano website
Payment status - paid online via debit card
Order status - unknown - still not received as of 28th aug

I have been chasing the customer service on [protected] umpteen number of times only to get a response stating - we will chase the courier!!
A brand of a repute has surprised with the irresponsible behavior, ownership and customer service of theirs!!

Should it take 28 calendar days for a order to arrive in india?

Additionally the website doesn't offer any source on the website to track the order status as opposed to a flipkart, amazon etc...

I have been chasing that number only for false promises on the wallet delivery status and till 20 mins ago, the last call that i made to the number, still responds saying she is unaware of the status and courier must have misplaced it.

I'm still chasing them and not sure by when can i expect the wallet to come. My friends birthday was on 5th aug and now it's going to be over a month and i still dont have the wallet with me for which i have paid already.

All of you who are reading this - never ever order anything from da milano website!! No ownership and false promises is what the brand represents!!

    I purchased the online bag on 25/6/2017 and paid through credit card.
    I was told after a day that the product has some issues and cant be delivered and initiated by payment clearance. Later when i checked the site, the same product was seen available in higher charges. When i enquired, i was told that its the company decision. I asked them again to give my payment back. Its been almost a month but i have not recieved my payment back.

    I purchased da Milano brand belt from airport outlet 2 months ago its very expensive and now it's buckle is broken pls tell me how to get it replaced and your quality is so poor that within two months period it's broken and now how to get it replaced

      Someone gifted us a bag bought from one of your stores, we are Jains and we don't use leather handbags as it's against our religious practise. The person who gifted me didn't know of this. On arrival in Delhi, I went to the store in ambience mall gurgaon on the 2nd, only to be told to come later to meet the manager. We returned again after a day or two. We were again given a number and told to call. In vain, we returned again on the 5th to be shown another bigger store in the mall. There we were told at due to gst, the returns will be done from 7th onwards. We came back the fourth time, spending close to Rs 1500 in uber cabs, to finally be told to pick another bag and pay the balance amount in cash. After good 15-20mins, we were told that the bag won't be exchanged. We tried explaining to a rude salesgirl named priyanka and a manager on the phone, who in the four visits was never available in any stores, that it's purely religious reason that we are asking for an exchange. But our voices were not heard and we came back disappointed that such a big brand also doesn't pay attention to genuine customer problems.

        I have made a purchase belt from your seawood grand central (Navi mumbai) bill no:[protected] date : 20/5/2017. I have found scratch on the buckle of the belt and colour is faded. Today i have sent my person with bill copy, your employee akhilesh has rudely answered to my person and said you used belt for 3 months may june july if you calculate from bill date its just 36 days which is not possible. He even behaved ruthlessly its not accepted from your staff, we will never make purchase from such brand where customer are not given respect. He has provided repair slip :002 27/06/2017 to 22/07/2017 which he will repair after one month and will give it back, we dont want such kind of behaviour and services.

          But recently came through a really unprofessional experience from you store in dlf da milano store noida.

          I have mailed the company many times but they don't responses me soon and now they have stopped my fnf for a reason. I have left the job in September its almost 4 months passed I saw the worst company in my life that they are not cleaning the fnf for a long time and wen I spoke with my audit team they told me to talk to hr don't mail or msg us. This is how they treat their staff too . I have everything told by my company on mail. But there is still daily in the same.

            I was gifted with damilano bag ..from Asr store, I exchange it from the same store because the staff said u can't exchange after 7 days, , told him that will exchange it further when going to Delhi, , as they guided by them, , for beter choices, went to Delhi the staff there was so rude and they did not attended us, , and they treated us as we are beggars standing at your store, , went there twice as they called up, , , that manger and girl called me twice as they need to check the situations . SNd than no response, , she went here and there and rest Staf made excuses !
            This is not acceptable

              I had placed an order for a men's wallet from Da Milano's online website on 25th December 2015 (Order No. [protected]), Product Name : MW-1046, which was never delivered to me even after their standard 15 days delivery time despite my repeated efforts with the company's customer support. Every time either the company's customer care or their courier support personnel will call and make excuses for the delay and promise me a new shipping date but nothing in professional written format, only plain mouthing regretting for my inconvenience. Till date they have no clue why the delay is happening with their partner Track-On courier services. They just call with no information about the current status of the product. I am very disappointed with the company's service as opposed to their reputation and being a previous customer. Kindly look into the matter and help me with my issue. Thanks.                 Poor Quality Footwear from Da Milano / Rosso Brunello

                It’s been a horrifying experience dealing with Da Milano and its Staff .i.e. Elante Mall, Chandigarh. I had bought a Rosso Brunello Shoe / footwear worth Rs. 5700 in the month o fMarch'15 which after wearing twice or thrice got ripped from front. The beads came out. I did not even wear it for 3 to 4 months of purchasing. I went to Elante mall store on 12th December, Saturday. The store Manager ( a Lady) told me that she needs to check in...

                I bought a footwear from Damilano Chandigarh and within 3 weeks the pasting of base is getting off. i complaint about it to the store in Sec 17 chd, and asked them for replacement, but they denied for the replacement and told me that their seniors have denied for the same, i told them that i ll complain in consumer court and i got an answer, "ma'am theek h, do it", now this is like WOW.. customer service is excellent.. i ll make sure now that i ll file a case against the company.. poor management .. horrible customer service... no cooperation...

                company man!! They got my complain and they din't even had the courtesy to reply!!!
                No response!! What the fu… !!
                Stupid management i must say…
                And will certainly advise the people who are reading this msg to atleast cross check the quality which Da Milano is selling, have heard a lot of complain regarding the poor quality, not worth spendig that much!! Complete wastage of money!!!
