Visited the store at sarath centre Hydrabd.They asked for the product from the store at GVK mall as they didn't have product. 20 mins of verbal spat between 2 stores. They have no cooperation amongst each other or sincerety towards Da milano. Product came after 3 hrs with .Spoke to their Delhi head on fone-[protected]. She clueless & non-interested.

Updated by jayjayjay The Delhi based head office leader possessing the mobile number [protected] also doesn't seem to be interested in improving cooperation between the different Da milano stores.. their aim doesn't seem to be customer satisfaction but quarelling amongst themselves... the customer keeps waiting for 3 hours for the product.. I have audio recording of my attempt to solve the problem and photographs of the damaged brief case which they don't seem to handle properly in their storage
