Da Milano Leathers — color fade of laptop bag within 2 months

We bought laptop bag from delhi airport and kept the bag for 4 months as i was using another bag and it was kept in same packing as it came, after 4 months i started using and within one month color started fading. I went to ambience mall store and she suggested to use polish on bag and no resolution was provided, spending 10k on bag that cannot even run for 2 months is very bag. Shame on the quality not service being provided. Such a bad experience.
