Da Milano Leathers — customer bag - faded color and leather worn - poor quality product

I’m extremely disappointed to attach pictures that depict poor quality of leather computer bag that I have purchased from Da Milano (pic of original tag attached). The leather of this bag has not only got torn from the edges, the colour from front and back has also started differing hugely. Additionally, leather at top edge of the bag has also worn out even though this is such an area where no wear and tear should take place as there is no contact with any other surface.

Having been a loyal customer of Da Milano I feel bad as the information given to me about bag replacement by Da Milano store at T3 of Delhi airport and at Trilium Mall in Amritsar (my home town) is completely contradictory. I was told by Da Milano rep at Delhi airport that this bag will be covered under leather quality and will be replaced, however, I have been told by staff at Amritsar that this can only be serviced and also in around 20 days. I live abroad visiting my home on vacation and I’m available in India until 5th Jan only. I’ve visited DaMilano store on Amritsar 4 days ago and has been waiting for a response since then.

Lastly, poor customer service and very arrogant customer care representative Jyoti V Mehra. Trying to abuse the customer and said that customer has a poor maintenance pattern of computer bag even without looking at the actual product.
