Hi, this is really sad to have the worst of experience with Da Milano, always had the perception for it to be the best! Firstly, we recieved defected purse, note we bought the signature collection.. then we had to visit the airport again to get it exchanged/ returned, whatsoever possible. The salesperson, she was just enough rude but somehow we managed to initiate exchange by talking to the manager and we were promised to have it delivered at our address in Gandhidham since we are not from delhi and we cant specially take a flight for that purse definitely.. now when we are back we get calls saying you need to visit the delhi airport store to recieve exchange order, how stupid i mean ! We have the exchange creation slip with us.. do you think its sensible at all? Was this information helpful? |
