Da Milano Leathers — ladies tote bag - broken (feeling cheated)

I purchased a Da Milano ladies Tote Bag for my wife which got broken after 2 - 3 months o[censored]se.

Considering lifetime warranty, I gave it for repair, however while under repairing it is handled very badly and

1. Shine of bag is gone (for which we bought this bag)
2. Bag looks like aged - This is mishandled to this extent that 2 -3 months used bag looks like very old bag,
3. There are very big wrinkles and does not look god for use,
4. Bag is deflated now and it is not something can be used now.

I want either full refund or change of bag.
