Da Milano Leathers — Leather finish quality is very bad that lines it's not going after color eding

I am writing today for replacement or exchange of my bag which I bought 2 years back, I sent my bag for color edging but I am not satisfied with the work. Still there are so many lines which is looking very bad.

Your customer representative said these mark will always be visible in this type of leather it is not acceptable to me, I'm not comfortable in using it because of these marks.
So i request you to replace this with superior quality bag. I will pay the difference in the cost.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
