I have purchased 2 belts from your outlet at raja bhoj airport, bhopal before 4-5 months. As it was purchased from airport so it was not possible to return and exchange that in routine days. Today again i have to fly from there, so i take that article to exchange it, as when i was tried that, it was fit at the shop but when i tried that at my home, i found that it is not fitted to me. But when i talk to your sales girl ms. Pragati at bhopal airport shop, she told that, sale is going on, and she can not exchange the same, so i asked to keep with her and when sale will be sale is over and i will come there, i will collect that. But she was not responding in the proper manner. I have purchased 2 belts which cost around 2800 or 3000/-. Which is not a small money which i paid. I paid for good product and good services and expect that all should be considerable. Product is your, shop is your but response to the customers is very poor and not expected from da milano. Even a small brand like tupperware is not demanding bill for their products. You are giving warranty on your products and expect that everyone should keep bills lifelong. You don’t want to give services for your own products. What type of your company’s policies which are not taking care of their customers concerns. It all episode was very disappointing me and i will never refer your brand.
