Hello, I am from London, I visited india today I am coming back to london on Delhi international airport I bought one item as staff told me it’s international brand you have store everywhere and london as well so if you got any problem or you wants make life time warranty you visit store…then I have checked there is no any store available in london I visited your store same time to tell them I want to return this item and I want full refund because as you told me you have store in london. They didn’t help me with this matter which I bought within 5minutes I was visted store bcz your staff gave me wrong information because I thought you have store in london so I can make in future returns exchange or repairs but in london no stores available staff provided me wrong information. At same time I contacted to you customer support number nobody help me with my problem.
I am living in london so as your staff told me you have store in london so I make purchase because I know the return and exchange process in london but that’s why I bought item so I can visit your store for anything like refund, exchange or repair but here no store that’s I wants to return item for full refund you store staff not help me even I contact on customer support they also didn’t help me.. As international brand feel shame very very very pathetic and poor service. I will drop everywhere negative feedbacks for your store for your company….I want my money back for useless item and very poor service company.
