With regret, i must inform that i am a regular customer of da milano product, till now, i was only purchasing the goods and first time, i was part of the experience of da milano services post-sales.
I will not hesitate to say that post-sales service has been really poor and strongly need to review.
I have purchased a bag worth of rs 16, 499 and during a rain shower, it got wet and left with a poor impression of the same. While taking it to brand store in ambience mall of gurgaon; store manager advised that same colour may not be possible but same would be changed to dark tan while we address this. A period of 21 days was given but it took long follow-ups at the personal level to get the bag back, and to that of a surprise, it was nothing which was done rather i was made to accept that the best has been done and nothing can be done more.
Da milano has proved to be a complete let down for me with the horrifying experience, a defective – substandard product somehow the street side leather material with the cost of brands.
Da milano claims to give a lifetime warranty to the customers but such episodes gives leaves a bad taste in the mouth, it is requested to either replace the bag or get the same revamped so that same can be used.

With regret, i must inform that after receiving the repaired product from Damilano, it's just shabby and Non-usable.
The Sales Manager is just not ready to listen and compare the bag with Mobile and it's warrantied.
I have purchased a bag worth of rs 16, 499 and it's really bad to experience such as poor service experience. it is requested to either replace the bag as now Colour has been changed which is looking just like a roadside bag.
