I have made a purchase belt from your seawood grand central (Navi mumbai) bill no:[protected] date : 20/5/2017. I have found scratch on the buckle of the belt and colour is faded. Today i have sent my person with bill copy, your employee akhilesh has rudely answered to my person and said you used belt for 3 months may june july if you calculate from bill date its just 36 days which is not possible. He even behaved ruthlessly its not accepted from your staff, we will never make purchase from such brand where customer are not given respect. He has provided repair slip :002 27/06/2017 to 22/07/2017 which he will repair after one month and will give it back, we dont want such kind of behaviour and services.
