Hi,
I had placed the order on July 8th 2020 and received the product on 25th July 2020, that too after calling on their customer care no. several times which nobody cares to pick up.
Since I was not available after 23rd of July at the same address on which the order was delivered, I opened the package on 1st Aug.
To my surprise, the order didn’t really match with the description, mentioned on the website.
Therefore I tried calling your customer care but as usual nobody picked up the phone and after some while I got a call back in which I was told that the product cannot be refunded.
Also, every time you call there is only one girl who picks u the phone, looks like they have no staff. plus now when I sent the product back and it even reached their warehouse(pic attached), they are neither replying to my email nor answering their phone.
I even marked their manager in the emails but all the response I got was that we will let u know.(17th aug - pic attached)
I have yet not received my refund or any update from them and they have even received the bag on 11th aug.
