Im Amudhavanan VP. I'd order Dabur Shilajit Gold 10 Caps pack of 2
which is quantity of 5 nos on 13/11/2016 evening around 6.30pm to 9.30pm. I transferred the amount of Rs.1945.12/- from my CityUnionBank account netbanking. I'd successfully did the transfer and i have received no receipt or order number or confirmation mail. But the payment reduced from my account. And I checked from my bank and they told me that they had successfully transfer the money to your account. So please help me about this problem and make my order and send me the product

Small red ants found floating inside the packed juice

Hi,
I bought real orange juice in which when i transferred the juice in a glass immediately after opening the sealed pack, i found small red ants floating on the top. I had bought the juice from super store, uttam nagar, new delhi by ordering it from grofers on 29th september, 2016.

I bought a Guava juice last month from the super market and even consumed a glass of it on 25th Sep night and the very next day I had a stomach upset but didn't realised I could be due to the juice I consumed, I thought may be because of outside food. Well after opening the packet I usually finish it up within few days so I put the juice on the glass to have it after 2 days and I saw some solid thing and when I rechecked it with a help of a spoon found that it was a big fungus. So I rechecked the manufacture date again and it was written 04/05/16 and expiry date is six month from the manufacture date which should be till November as per it was mentioned in the packet. Anyways I could've been in big trouble if I had drank it directly without noticing the fungus on that. When I forwarded the pictures to my hubby and some of my friends and said them about this incident, they insisted me to lodge a complaint as it could've been very very dangerous for a child or an old person who don't notice and drink it directly only depending on the manufacture date. So now after few weeks from that incident I thought to write it down and lodge a complain about the same as it might safe others life risk in future who drinks such products with lot of faith in that like me.

We spent so much of money based on the quality and reputation of the brand and if this what happens then its really upsetting and even risky health wise too.
I'm attaching the pictures of the same so please have a look and do the required quality check of your products before releasing it to the market and honestly I might not drink any packed juice anymore after this incident and neither let my family and friends too.

The real pineapple 1ltr tetra pack juice of dabur is contaminated.
I cosumed 1 glass juice in morning and by the evening i really had very bad stomache-ache.
Next day when i opened the pack i found juice smelling very bad, i poured it in a glass and found some white and filthy substance in it.

Please explain as how can dabur state this product good for health?

This is to inform you that there is no supply of your product dabur honey and not a single person of your company is taking order from last 1year and not even taking the replacement and by this i am facing a great problem with this ..and m losing my highly valuable customers and its harming your product name too.
So please take some decision to resolve my problem as early as possible.

Garlic paste being supplied by dabur is of extremely poor quality. I recently purchased your garlic paste with the batch code if5017c.
The paste contains threads, scrap peels. Dabur is just grinding the garlic without cleaning or peeling them. All the non eatable scrap in the paste spoils the curry. Even stiff sticks are found in the paste.
Rotten garlic when dries up develops into hard fibres, which are not eatable. Dabur uses all such scrap garlic to make garlic paste. Dabur is just selling the product without any efforts of cleaning, peeling the garlic leaves.
This is not a ginger paste. A ginger can be said to be having fibres and root threads. But garlic does not contain any sticks or threads.

It is extremely shameful that a company like dabur cheats customers by making a food product full of peels, sticks, scrap material.

God forbid if anything happens to the consumer with such scrap product, dabur will be in a legal soup paying hefty penalties.

Stop bypassing basic cleaning and peeling process.

I have purchased one Dabour Real fruit juice whose no. is[protected], Batch no. NWO545-C, Mfd. 08/02/16, one liter, priced at Rs. 99/-.
When the said pack has been opened for consumption, it was found adulterated, and unhygienic to drink about as some flakes has been found, in the juice and the water has been separated, and no juice found. I think the company is reluctant about the said manufacturing of mango juice and was cheating to the public, only by name only.
The company must be punished, and adequate compensation must be given.

I brought dabur badam oil when I opened the botle bad smells came from it. I complained Dabur vide complaint no. MCR/2016/0000601 dated 06.04.16 but till date no action taken by company. I send alot of reminders but till date no action taken.I am using dabur products regularly but this time faced alot of problem.
You are requested to replace the badam oil and please check the quality of products.

I really like the fragrance of Bambi fabric conditioner but it invariably comes in an unsealed container. There is absolutely no sealing, even with a plastic wrapper. So, the quality is quite poor. I buy in reputed stores such as Nilgris in Chennai but the liquid is watery, lacking in consistency, quantity and quality each time I buy it. I wish the company would take steps to ensure packaging that cant' be tampered with. Otherwise there is no customer satisfaction.
I had earlier posted this complaint to Dabur itself but there has been no response.

My name is narender wadhwa, i including with my family were regularly using dabar lal paste up to the last month, and after 10-12 years of continuous use we observed that:

• the teeth of all my family members have loose the enamel since the paste is very brassy
• teethes have become so week and can start bleeding any time.

I am going to raise this complaint in consumer court and wanted to listen your views first before approaching to the consumer court.

The Real guava juice one litre tetrapack is contaminated. Found black insect like thing. and flesh like material found in juice. Had food poisoning and my family had severe stomach upset since 2 days.

I bought dabur hajmola of price 1 rs, on its rapour they show net content-4 tablets, but when i open it, there is only 2 tablets there, and its not only on 1 packet, its on 3 packets those i have bought.

I have been using India gate basmati rice for a very long time but never came across such an incident...

yesterday on 26th feb 2016 I opened the pack of india gate basmati rice a dabur product and found a clot rice bound my a black material.

My faith and belief in the company is shattered...

We bought this tetra pack of Canberry juice whose manufactured date was 09.01.2016.

The pack was opened and kept for 3 days and today when I drank it I got some black colour glutaneous/ fungus like substance in it and the best part is there is no change in taste of the juice even after existence of such filthy formation in the tetra pack.

Please explain how can dabur behave so irresponsibly and endorse this product to be a good product for kids ??

Honey purchased 3 months back has frozen at bottom, as it seems to have sugar content instead of real honey, as company claims.

I have purchase Dabour Honey of Rs.37/- before 1 month but, honey is already Spoilage. Can you suggest what to do ?
