Raising complaint for getting delay in delivery of service car (creta TN DK 2602)

Good day,
Iam karthick from coimbatore but presently working in korea, On Nov 13th 2024 our car creta 2024 model TN DK 2602 got accident near ulundurpet and I finished all formalities then I sent my car to FPL HYUNDAI VANAGRAM [ CHENNAI ] for service. In showroom what ever required documents we submitted in time and mean while we agreed the estimated days to complete the work
My complaint is regarding not delivering my car...

Dear sir/Madam
Hyundai Company TV bought on 30th December at panachamoodu Branch. It's 45 days back not shown display, Same day we registered the complaint in your concern Branch also. One of the technician visited my home and he said it is display issue.

Ten days later When I called Branch and the technician they said the item has not arrived yet.

Again two days later when I called the technician he said it has nothing to do with me and you should contact Branch only.

I am asking you that even after 45 days I don't get any solution. Please help me with suitable solution

Note:
Today Called the customer care and technician called me and said you didn't pick it up, But I didn't receive any call till now.

    My vehicle No TN11R2653 (Model:i20), last insurance renewed on 05 March 2024 - 05 March 2025, i got only the soft copy, but didn't receive the hard copy of the insurance policy, this issue have been addressed to the employee sandhiya several time approx 3 months, but there was no proper action taken, i request you to sort the issue and take an immediate action and send the original hard copy with seal.

      I had booked for a car EXTER from Ambattur 2months ago and unfortunately due to unforeseen reason, I am relocating and would like to cancel the order
      I informed the executive 2weeks ago and there was no update until today,
      To follow up, a sales executive named SANJAY declined my call today even though giving 2weeks of time to initiate the refund.

          Hi,

          I am complaining about FPL Hyundai service CENTER in Anna Nagar, near Mogapair. Worst service CENTER in Chennai. Gave my car on 11/09/2023 and delivered back my car on 22/09/2023. Useless fellows. Cheated me too the core. There was a big scratch in the bottom of my car near to the front door. I claimed insurance to recover it. When they took my car, they said everything will be covered by the insurance company and only the document charges 1500 should be paid from my side. So I agreed and gave my car. They kept my car for more than 10 days. I got a CALL ON 10th day from the service stating me to pay 20, 000 to get the car. The insurance total cost is 40, 000 Rs which they did not inform me. They are telling me to pay balance 20, 000rs to get my car. We shouted like hell and the heard that the service CENTER has lot of complaints from the CUSTOMERs. Jegan the service manager. Irresponsible ###. No reponse from him. Attitude speech.

              Scamming us in the name of insurance claim offer

              I dropped my car(TN 22 DR 1813) at FPL service center chrompet on 3/13 for a body shop work to fix an accidental repair(bonnet dent, right indicator and scratch above the right side tyre). I didn't receive any update from my contact person. I followed up with them daily to know the car status but he doesn't give the clear status. My instincts says something going to happen to my car. So I lost my patience and started to visit the service...

                I have given my car at last month ago at the time was. My car at accident I have claim through insurance FPL service advisor says nearly 1 Lacs above estimated and yesterday all work done they are said a confirmation and I ask to drop the car and iam waiting more than half a day they came at 8 o clock night and I have seen my car painted and part changes was worst and polish was too bad and I said to return the car to service centre and Fpl driver said give cash for petrol 500rs whose mistake and then I have accept to pay that also why should u guy didn’t check the car and painted like this this is the way u treating the customer service and at delivery time the service advisor mobile switching off why should u guys spoil Hyundai name

                                On the date of 5/04/2021 invoice no 20 I purchased the Hyundai LED Modal no- 39Z37 smart Tv Sr No -J[protected] from the Laxmi Electronics from Ghaizbad ( his GSTIn/UIN : 09BKHPK7342B1Z9.
                                This TV is defected, when we start the tv, then automatically its switched off and restarted, i already do the complaints regarding this to exchange my smart Tv because this is defected but there is no response from anyone. if your not take any action now i go to the court that you all make customer fool, give him defected pieces and not listen the complaint .

                                  I am vel from India (Chennai).I have booked my creta E model vehicle at Your FPL hyundai dealership on 24 February 2020 to FPL team leader (Supriya) on the name of N.Elilvalavan (my father).I was told that i would receive the vehicle in two months.Such a poor customer response also.But they failed to do so and was blaming hyundai for every question putforth to them.Now suddenly they say that there is a price hike!!i have booked a long way back and if they have provided the vehicle within the time i would have not had this price hike issue.You guys are playing with the feelings of your customers.So mind it.so i would request to take necessary action and do me the needful.

                                    I booked a hyundai venue car on Jan 14, 2021.@ Ambattur showroom. There is no proper response from the showroom side with regard to date of delivery. They are keep on dragging and still my delivery is not confirmed. Several times I am calling the sales person Mr. Pawan for update, there is no quick response from him. I am keeping on following for the vehicle. I am facing a bad experience with this showroom. Is this the experience you provide to a customer. I would require a confirmed date of delivery of ky vehicle. My booking order number [protected].
